I made my annual fall visit to Farmer John's Pumpkins today in Half Moon Bay at the coast just north of Hwy 92/Main St.  I chose some great decorative little pumpkins for display at my homes.  I remember when this place was just a little road stand a few years back, now it is a large field of delights visible from Highway One.  Farmer John is also the former mayor of Half Moon Bay and very active for the good of this lovely community. Check this place out and now is the best time on the Coast with early Sun, Sept. through Oct.  Head over 92 by 10 a.m. and you will beat the traffic.  Enjoy!
